VI-9600271 - Hogarth,John Sections 70.4.1 and 70.4.2 of the Weld County Building Code Ordinance. Final inspections required for electric, plumbing, skirting, steps and landings, water service, gas and mechanical VI-9600299-Wenzinger,James Sections 31.2, 31.2.16 and 43 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance. Mobile home located on the property without the appropriate septic and well permits. VI-9700211 - Kislowski, Woody Section 43.2.7.5 and 43.2.7.8 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance and Section 20.9.1.1, 20.9.3 and 70.4.2 of the Weld County Building Code Ordinance. Final inspections required to bring the mobile home, which is in a state of disrepair, up to code. The Department of Planning also recommends that the County Attorney be authorized to proceed with legal action against any other persons occupying the properties, any persons claiming an interest in the properties, and any persons acting in active concert with the identified parties. Please find enclosed 5- streamlined packets for the Commissioners and 1- complete packet for each case. I sent Bruce Barker's copies separately. I will conduct site visits on Monday, February 9, 1998, video tape each property, and complete inspection reports to be handed out at the hearing.
