RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF JAMES MCEACHRON TO LOCAL PLANNING
COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Local Planning Committee, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that James McEachron be appointed to said
Committee as the City of Greeley representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint James McEachron to said committee,
with his term to expire December 14, 1995.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that James McEachron be, and hereby is, appointed to the Local Planning
Committee, as the City of Greeley representative, with his term to expire December 14, 1995.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 29th day of March, A.D., 1995.
