OF THE BOARD OF HEALTH:
WHEREAS, Mr. Ben F. Counter has expressed his desire to resign
from the Board of Health, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, has accepted said resignation, and
WHEREAS, there is a vacancy in said office, William Dersham
of Brighton, Colorado has consented to serve on said Board of Health.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado hereby appoint William Dersham of
Brighton, Colorado, to complete the vacant unexpired term ending May 1, 1962.
The above foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:
