AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
LINEN RENTAL AGREEMENT:
WHEREAS, the Sanitary Laundry and Linen Supply have submitted
a rental agreement supplying the County's linen requirements, and
WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best interest of the
County to approve said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that the Chairman of said Board be and he is hereby
authorized to sign the linen rental agreement as submitted by the Sanitary
Laundry and Linen Supply, beginning this date and ending December 31, 1969.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:

Linen Rental Agreement
Date December 4, 1968
This agreement is made between the Sanitary Laundry and Linen Supply of Greeley, Colorado, hereafter called the Supplier,
and the undersigned, hereafter called the Customer.
The Supplier agrees to supply the Customer's linen requirements of the items listed below and the Customer agrees to use
Supplier's linens at the rental prices listed below. No one other than Supplier shall clean or launder these items. In the event
of loss or damage to any of said items (reasonable wear excepted) the Customer shall be responsible for the full value of
same. If upon termination of agreement Supplier is furnishing special linens acquired for exclusive use of Customer, then
Customer shall purchase entire inventory of special items at current market price, less 30% (new items at no discount).
This agreement shall become effective upon initial delivery of linens and shall continue for a period of one year and from
year to year thereafter unless cancelled by either party upon written notice 30 days prior to expiration of any year. Price for
service is subject to change after agreement has been in effect one year.
