A regular meeting of the Weld County Utilities Coordinating Advisory Committee was held on June 22, 1995,
at 10:00 a.m., in the Conference Room of the Weld County Administrative Offices, 1400 N. 17th Avenue,
Greeley, Colorado.

REQUEST: Final Plat for an 86 Lot Subdivision, 4th Filing
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Part of the SW4 of Section 26, T5N, R66W of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado.
LOCATION: East of and adjacent to 47th Avenue; south of and adjacent to Mesa Verde Drive.
The Advisory Board posed several questions regarding the application and it was determined the proposal met
all requirements of the Utility Advisory Committee.
A motion was made to approve the Final Plat. Motion seconded. Motion carried unanimously.
