PROVIDED BY STATE OF COLORADO
A public hearing was conducted on September 6, 1995, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner Dale K. Hall, Chairman
Commissioner Barbara J. Kirkmeyer, Pro-Tem
Commissioner George E. Baxter
Commissioner Constance L. Harbert
Commissioner W. H. Webster
Also present:
Acting Clerk to the Board, Shelly Miller
Assistant County Attorney, Bruce Barker
Finance and Administration Director, Donald Warden
The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated July 17, 1995, and duly published August 3, 1995,
in the Windsor Beacon, a public hearing was conducted to allow citizens to review and comment
on the performance of the County of Weld in carrying out the construction of the Youth Shelter
facility in Greeley, Colorado, which was financed with federal Community Development Block Grant
funds provided by the State of Colorado. Donald Warden, Finance and Administration Director,
made this a matter of record and reiterated this purpose for this hearing is to allow for public
comment. He stated this building is occupied by Alternative Homes for Youth to which the deed
was transferred last Thursday and all documents have been completed. No public testimony was
offered concerning this matter and said hearing was adjourned.
This Certification was approved on the 11th day of September, 1995.
