RE: ACCEPT PORTION OF WELD COUNTY ROAD 104 FOR FULL MAINTENANCE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by separate resolutions dated October 7, 1998, the Board did approve two
Agreements for Road Improvements for Weld County Road 104; one with Greg R. Reeves and
Patty Deplazes Reeves in conjunction with Recorded Exemption #2211, the other with Brunello,
LLC, in conjunction with Recorded Exemption #2225, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has informed the Board that the road has been
completed and, upon inspection by his department, is found to satisfy Weld County standards
and is recommended for acceptance by Weld County for full maintenance, and
WHEREAS, acceptance of said road for full maintenance includes snow removal and
any necessary repairs, including the roadways, shoulders, or drainage ditches, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to accept said portion of Weld
County Road 104 for full maintenance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that in conjunction with Recorded Exemption #2211, Weld County Road 104
from the intersection of Weld County Roads 15 and 104 for a distance of approximately 3,960
feet east, be, and hereby is, accepted onto the Weld County Road system for full maintenance
by Weld County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that, in conjunction with Recorded
Exemption #2225, Weld County Road 104 from the intersection of Weld County Roads 17 and
104 for a distance of approximately 1,320 feet west be, and hereby is, accepted onto the Weld
County Road system for full maintenance by Weld County.

COLORADO
The construction has been completed on WCR 104 between WCR 15 and WCR 17 per the
Agreement for Road Improvement approved by the Weld County Commissioners. I have
personally inspected this portion of road per the Agreement specifications and Section 20
of Ordinance 180, and construction was completed as required.
I recommend that the Board of County Commissioners approve this portion of road for full
maintenance.

Dear Mr.Hampen,
We have finished construction on WCR 104,beginning''A mile west of WCR 17 and continuing westward
to WCR 15. Constuction was completed as required by Resolution RE 2211, and the road maintenance
agreement between Weld County and the Reeveses. We are requesting final inspection by Weld County.
Upon approval, we ask that Weld County take over this road for full maintenance, according to the Road
Maintenance Agreement approved by the Weld County Conunissioners on October 7, 1998.
