RE: WELD COUNTY ROAD MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT- 1996 PAYMENT
Dear Mr. Morrison:
Pursuant to the Road Maintenance Agreement signed with Weld County on December 30, 1991 and
Amendment to this Agreement entered in March 1994, please find enclosed a check for our annual fee
of$12,500. Sanifill of Colorado, Inc. as the successor to ERD is obligated to make this payment.
This maintenance fee was established for the repair and maintenance of Weld County Road 5 due to
the expected traffic increases associated with the facility.
