THE PARTIES TO.THIS ACTION have presented a Joint Motion to hold the above -
captioned matter in abeyance pending ;decision by the Court of Appeals, which motion'has been
approved by the Board of Assessment. Appeals. A copy of the Joint Motion is attached and
incorporated herein as part of this decision.
FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS:
1. The BAA has previously decided the valuation for the Starpak property in Docket No. 26023
by Order dated July 7, 1994. That BAA decision was appealed and is currently pending at
the Colorado Court of Appeals.
2. The July 7, 1994 Order and the hearing set in the above -captioned matter both concern the
valuation of the Starpak property during the same base period.
3. Judicial economy would be best served by holding the above -captioned matter in abeyance
until an order is entered by the Court of Appeals concerning the July 7, 1994 BAA Order.
4. The Board concurs with the Joint Motion.

The above -captioned matter shall be held in abeyance pending the Court of Appeals decision
concerning the July 7, 1994 BAA Order and the hearing set for January 11, 1995 at 10:30 a.m. is
hereby vacated.
