The parcel of land is located in the NE4 of Section 13, T2N, R68W of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado. The location of the parcel of land for which this application has been submitted is approximately 1/4 mile south of Weld County Road 22 and west and adjacent to Weld County Road 13. The application is submitted to your for review and recommendation. Any comments or recommendation you consider relevant to this request would be appreciated.
