RE: DECLARE CERTAIN EQUIPMENT AS SURPLUS PROPERTY AND APPROVE
TRADE IN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, State statute and the Weld County Administrative Manual require that all
items disposed of be declared surplus by the Board of County Commissioners, and
WHEREAS, the County has determined that certain equipment, described as a Ca
Comp Artisan Plotter, Model 1025, Serial #0434010 (Weld County Fixed Asset #6500-0985, is
no longer required for County use, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with an offer for trade-in for $500.00 from
Connecting Point, concerning said equipment, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to accept said offer and de';lare
said equipment as surplus.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the Cal Comp Artisan Plotter, Model 1025, Serial #0434010 (We d
County Fixed Asset #6500-0985) be, and hereby is, declared as surplus.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the trade-in of said equipment to
Connecting Point for $500.00 be, and hereby is, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 28th day of June, A.D., 1999.
