Dear Mr. Ballstadt,
This letter will address the "prior to recording" plat considerations.
1. Map will be modified to show a 50' right of way reservation from the
center of WCR 27.
2. Copy of map in Mylar with developed standards pursuant to section
24.7.4 will be provided within 15 days of approval by board.
3. Plat shows presently all obstructions and "other considerations"
requested by the FAA i.e. buildings, power lines, well head.
4. See attached letter to Windsor-Severance Fire Protection District
regarding access to property.
5. Neither airstrip nor overruns extend into the wetlands at the south end of
the property.
6. No additional building on USR area is anticipated.
I believe this letter addresses the concerns you and I have already discussed
as well as those issues raised on Pages 2 and 3 of the resolution.
Thank you for your help.
Sincerely,iJ

Re: William Willcutts proposed airstrip USR-1212
Dear Mr. Starck,
Please find enclosed a small map indicating where my airstrip will be
located. Access to the property (house as well as the airstrip) is provided by 3
access points.
Point one is a driveway 20' wide, '/4 mile long, gravel.
Point two is a farm access road 30' wide, gravel and will provide access to
airstrip, outbuildings, and house.
Point three is a ditch road. It is a dirt, gravel combination at least 30' wide
and provides access to the house, outbuildings and airstrip.
In all cases height is unrestricted and width is sufficient for large combines
and moving vans so I suspect the access would not be difficult for your equipment.
Thanks for your comments.
Sincerely,
laWearbk
