The Town of Severance is in the process of annexing 204 arces of land in the southwest corner
of town. The land will boarder WCR 23 and 74. The town is asking for your comments or
concerns concerning this annexation. The first phase of the project will be ten homes in the
Franklin addaition with the rest of the project being phased in over a number of years. The first
phase will start in October of 1995 to include approx. 60 to 70 homes. The rest of the property
will be a sod farm until it becomes futher developed. I have enclosed a map for your use. If you
