WELD COUNTY, COLORADO TO
HERTZKE FARMS, INCORPORATED:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that they do hereby REMISE, RELEASE AND QUITCLAIM to the Hertzke Farms,
Incorporated the following described real estate for right-of-way purposes.
A parcel of land located in the Southeast (SEk) of Section 3;
Township 5 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P. M. in Weld County,
Colorado, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning
at the East Quarter (E4) Corner of Section 3, Township 5 North
Range 66 West, and considering the East line of the Southeast
Quarter (SE4) of said Section 3 to bear South 05°34'00" West,
with all bearings contained herein relative thereto; Thence
South05°34'00" West along the East line of said Section 3 a
distance of 181.80 feet to the North Right -of -Way line of the
relocated County Road; Thence North 55°22'50" West along the
North Right -of -Way line of said County Road 223.62 feet; Thence
North 64°36'40" West along the North Right -of -Way line of said
County Road 125.71 feet to the North line of the Southeast
Quarter (SE4) of said Section 3; Thence North 90°00'00" East
along said North line of the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of said
Section 3, a distance of 315.23 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Said Parcel contains 0.603 acres.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
