Highway 66 Composting Facility(CD &USR-1059). At this time we request the following: .
Copies of the highlighted changes on an original plan map, a copy of the original Engineer's
Certification and a copy of the as-built survey with the modifications clearly identified.

• The portable rest room facilities are on site and the
entrance sign is completed and will be installed by
February 20, 1996.
Per our agreement, we will be planting the trees on the
west and northwest sides of the site this spring.
I have drawings of the as-built survey. If you need copies
of these for your records please let me know. The only
changes from the original submittal was minor Modifications
in retention pond configuration to accommodate for oil and

A-1 Organics Highway 66 Compost Facility. The=rinsed and design volumes ate based on the
Original drainage report. The inbuilt volumes are based ion the survey completed by Steve Lister,
RLS on 12/18/95 and additional fill wok completed at the South pond and East pond by Jack
Goodall,Contractor on 1/22/96 with vote calculations by Tuttle Applegate,Inc..
