DONBAR LP GAS COMPANY
CONTRACT FOR PROPANE TANK
RADIO COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado that the contract as submitted by Donbar LP Gas Company for a propane
tank and fittings, in the amount of $432.00, be and the same is hereby approved
said tank to be used in connection with the auxiliary power unit for the radio
communications system.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:

Dear Commissioner Dunbar
We would like to submit a `id for 1 - 500 gallon
underground type tank delivered to tee Court House Parking
lot, (but not set into the hole), for ","3215.00. We will
send you a speck sheet on this tank just as soon as it
arrives. One tank of t'h's tyre is available for delivery
now. This tank W031:11. be enuiped with Vapor w_i_thdraael only,
if liquid wit:arawel is needed there would be an extra
3`:.00 charge r this at t`me o1' delivery.
On the convertion to L.P. Gas for the Jeep engine, I
do not have complete information as yet, but this would
run in the area of ($150.00 for materials only, for LP parts
to convert engine. On the distance of nas line fun from
tank to engine I am checking to see if you can use vapor
only or if you will need to us . Liquid direct to engine.
