explained the Colorado Department of Human Services also gave the option of

Notice of Proposed Action Form was revised to clarify sanctions and good
cause, and Exhibit I regarding the Dispute Resolution Process was added to
outline the process for participants. Commissioner Baxter moved to approve
said revisions. Commissioner Kirkmeyer seconded the motion. In response to
Commissioner Vaad, Ms. Griego stated the first revision discussed is being

Services. Commissioner Kirkmeyer commented that the State policies are
based on State statute. Ms. Griego added the participants will be required to
provide proof of immunization similar to the process for registering a child in
school and if the record cannot be provided, the child care subsidy will not be
granted. Commissioner Baxter commented that it will be easier to document
who has immunization records when the process is similar to that of public
schools rather than staff calling child care providers to verify if they were
provided with immunization records. The motion carried unanimously.
