This Recorded Exemption is approved with the following conditions in accordance with information submitted in the application and the policies of the County. 1. Prior to recording the plat: A. In accordance with Weld County Public Works Ordinance #180, Lot A and Lot B shall utilize the existing residential and agricultural access points. No circle drives or additional accesses shall be granted. I B. All approved accesses shall be clearly shown on the plat. Domestic water for both lots A and B set up by the recorded exemption in 1996 is supplied with separate taps by North Weld Count Water District . b . Irrigation water is available to both parcels from Cactus Hill Lateral , owned by North Poudre Irrigation Company from three headgates located on the east boundary of the property . There is presently 60 feet of right-of-way. This road is maintained by Weld County. Pursuant to the definition of SETBACK in the Weld County Zoning Ordinance (Ordinance 89, as amended), the required setback is measured from the future right-of-way line.
