Re: Proposal for Roadway Annexations by Mead
Dear Mike:
Please find attached three copies of a Mead area map for your use.
Also attached is a copy of the Mead area map with roads suggested for annexation by the town shown in blue.
Specifically, the roadway sections I request you consider are:
WCR 7 from State Highway 66 to a point 800 feet south of WCR 34
WCR 7 starting at 3.363 feet north of WCR 36 to a point one mile north of WCR 38
WCR 9.5 starting at Slate Highway 66 to the north line of the annexation on the west side of road
WCR 13 starting at State Highway 66 to the north line of the annexation on the east side of road
WCR 34 south half of 4,050 feet between WCR 7 and T-25
WCR 34 from westerly city limits line on north side of road to westerly city limits line on south side of road
WCR 34.5 from WCR :5, 2,625.12 feet easterly to west city limits line
WCR 36 from WCR 7 to 1-25
Please review and advise when you would consider meeting to further discuss the details of this issue. I will be out
of the office until February 9th. If other city officials are interested in meeting on this subject, I will need to
coordinate it with Commissioner Hall.
