KING AS A MEMBER OF THE WELD COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION TERM EXPIRED JULY 22, 1965 Commissioner Reed offered the following resolution and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, A. D. King has submitted his resignation as a member of the Board of the Weld County Planning Commission due to health conditions; and WHEREAS, Mr. King was appointed to serve on the Board on July 22, 1959 and served in said capacity since that date; and WHEREAS, Mr. King's service, in the interests of the public, has been at a great personal and financial sacrifice to himself and has been most beneficial to the Board of said Weld County Planning Commission, to the taxpayers of Weld County and to the patrons of said Commission. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, does and they do hereby express their appreciation of the great and unselfish services rendered by Mr. King and now accept his resignation, effective as of September 11, 1963.
