Dear Chairman Hall:
Please note that effective October 1, 1999, AT&T Cable Services will be changing the price of
our pay-per-view movies from $2.99 to $3.99. In addition,rates for adult pay-per-view movies
will increase from $5.99 to $7.99.
Customers are being provided notice of this unregulated rate change by means of AT&T Channel
8 on-screen messaging and newspaper notices. Further, all customers ordering a pay-per-view
movie will be reminded of the new price prior to completing their order.
