Dear Commissioners:
At the August 19, 1997 Weld County Council meeting the
Council unanimously adopted a motion to ask the Weld
County Commissioners to send notice to the Weld County
Council of any ordinances or resolutions that involve bonds,
certificates of participation, other clients' monies, or financial
vehicles that have the appearance of indebtedness to Weld
County.
