Gentlemen:
MOTOROLA takes pleasure in offering Weld County, Colorado
the following price quotation for advanced communications
equipment; now available for your proposed system.
Descriptive literature and catalogue sheets are enclosed
covering the equipment proposed.
MOTOROLA meets your published specifications in all regards.
We would like to point out that MOTOROLA exceeds your receiver
requirements in sensitivity, selectivity and spurious and image
rejection. This will benefit you by increasing your radio
coverage, decreasing operator fatigue and minimizing misunder-
stood messages.
In our proposal, we offer the MOTR.AC line of fine mobile
two-way radios, designed for the utmost in reliability. The
use of the word "reliability" here is truly meaningful. Many
years of intensive research and development were motivated by
a program, the purpose of which was to produce the most reliable
communications equipment possible within today's technology.
The equipment we propose to furnish to you is the end result
of that program.

These include fully transistorized power supply, receiver, exciter
and remote control chasis plus solid state channel elements all
providing long term dependability.

MOTOROLA will, upon request, notify you of the name and address
of each subcontractor. Wireline connections between the base
station and remote consoles are to be supplied by the County.
MOTOROLA will provide engineering to assist the County in pre-
venting interference to present Empire Dispatch tower users,
at no cost to the County. However, any additional installation
and equipment costs pursuant to this non-interference responsi-
bility must be borne by the County.

be established, with date of shipment. MOTOROLA'S "PERMAKAY"
filters are unconditionally guaranteed for the life of the equip-
ment. MOTOROLA'S crystals are unconditionally guaranteed by

thousand hours, whichever occurs first, except receiving tubes
purchased through the Parts Depots which carry a discount in
lieu of warranty. All MOTOROLA equipment meets the FCC engin-
