Whenever you are planning construction and other activities
that coincide or bring you near pipelines belonging to an
RMNG affiliate (Rocky Mountain Natural Gas, a Division of K
N Energy; Rocky Mountain Natural Gas Company, a Subsidiary
of K N Energy; or RMNG Gathering, a Subsidiary of K N
Energy), you should contact:
Utility Notification Center of Colorado
1-800-922-1987
Request locates at least 48 hours (two working days) in
advance of working in the area. Any locate by an RMNG
affiliate will be valid for 72 hours thereafter.
If you are uncertain as to whether a project crosses an RMNG
affiliate pipeline, please contact the Utility Notification
Center of Colorado. Request locates at least 48 hours (two
working days) prior to commencing excavation. The Utility
Notification Center of Colorado routes all scheduled locate
requests to RMNG and affiliates.
We will be happy to meet with your field personnel, locate,
and mark our pipelines as needed to determine the impact
and/or mitigate the situation in a manner acceptable to all
parties.
If any emergency should arise at times other than during
regular business hours, please contact RMNG's Gas Control
Technician at 1-800-332-1494. Your cooperation and
assistance will be greatly appreciated.
