The County's minimum standard radius is 20'. Please change this on the mylar. On the drawing, the applicant is not indicating any right-of-way drainage culverts at either location. Both culverts need to be properly sized and placed on the mylar to avoid restriction of the roadway or surface drainage. Any utility work within Weld County right-of-way will require an Underground Utility Permit. Please contact Weld County Public Works Department (at 356-4000 Ext. 3750) prior to any excavation to be done within the right-of-way. cc: Commissioner Webster S-380 file :planl.dc WELD COUNTY PLANNING MAY 3 1 1995 fl E C I V F °' w 951677 DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS, OMAHA DISTRICT TRI-LAKES PROJECT OFFICE, 9307 STATE HWY 121 LITTLETON, COLORADO 80123-6901 REPLY TO ATTENTION OF Ms. Gloria Dunn Weld County Planning Services Weld County Administrative Offices 1400 N 17th Ave Greeley, Colorado 80631 Dear Ms. Dunn: June 5, 1995 WFI U COUNTY PLANNING IR JUN 8 1995 Reference is made to the Tri-City Ventures Li.C. Planning Commission did note several Comprehensive Plan Policies indicate the property should not have been rezoned to Estate in the first place.
