TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Enclosed is an application from O.K. Farms Compost for a Site Specific Development Plan and Special
Review Permit for an Agricultural Service establishment (animal waste composting facility) in the A
(Agricultural) District. The parcel of land is described as located in the W2 of Section 2, Ti N, R61W of the
6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado. The location of the parcel of land for which this application has been
submitted is north of and adjacent to Highway 52; approximately 1/4 mile east of Weld County Road 93.
The application is submitted for your review and recommendation. Any comments or recommendation you
consider relevant to this request would be appreciated. Your prompt reply will help to facilitate the processing
of the application. Please reply by September 3, 1996 so that we may give full consideration to your
recommendation. Please call Chris Goranson, Current Planner, if you have any questions.
