RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE REASSIGNMENT AND APPOINTMENT TO PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Zachary Allely be reassigned to District 3 to
replace Curt Moore, and that Cristie Nicklas be appointed as an at-large representative to replace
Zachary Allely, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reassign Zachary Alley and to appoint Cristie
Nicklas to said commission, with their terms to expire July 31, 1996.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Zachary Allely be, and hereby is, reassigned to District 3 on the Weld County
Planning Commission, with his term to expire July 31, 1996.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Cristie Nicklas be, and hereby is, appointed
to said commission, with her term to expire July 31, 1996.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 11th day of March, A.D., 1996.
