TO SIGN QUIT CLAIM DEED TO THE CITY OF GREELEY, COLORADO,
COVERING ALL RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST IN AND TO COUNTY
ROAD RUNNING APPROXIMATELY IN AN EAST -WEST DIRECTION
LYING BETWEEN 17th AVENUE AND 23rd AVENUE, IN THE CITY
OF GREELEY, COLORADO:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Chairman of the Board be and he is
hereby authorized to sign Quite Claim Deed to the City of Greeley, Colorado,
covering all the county's right, title and interest in and to a county road
running approximately in an Fast -West direction lying between 17th Avenue
and 23rd Avenue, in the City of Greeley, Weld County, Colorado.
