As homeowners of the property indicated above, we
strongly object to the proposed request to build a Delivery
Company with Warehousing for Customers and Recreational Vehicle
Storage by B.F.Y.LLC. We are referring to the Case Number: USR-1130
at the following location: East and adjacent to Weld County Road 15
w mile south of Colorado State Highway 52.
We do not wish to have this facility erected within the
500 feet of our home nor do we want our property de-valued because
of commercial development surrounding our neighborhood. We suggest
that if a storage company is needed in our area that it be located
at a further distance from our home and property in Dacono.
