The primary purpose of this letter is to alert you to the
possibility that petitions may be filed with you related to Tri-Area
Ambulance District.
Tri-Area Ambulance District has proposed an election to consider
including the following property into the District:
Sections 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 34, 35, and
Section 27, Township 2 North, Range 68
and Sections 1, 2, and 3, and the North
and 12, Township 1 North, Range 68 West
County, Colorado.

Prior to calling an inclusion election, the District Board must give
notice and hold a public hearing. Tri-Area has scheduled a public
hearing for August 9, 1995. A copy of the notice being sent to all
affected property owners is enclosed.
A property owner may file a petition with the County Commissioners
no later than 10 days prior to the hearing, requesting his property be
excluded from the area involved in the inclusion election. See, Sections
32-1-401(3) and 32-1-203(3.5), C.R.S. If you receive such petitions,
according to Subsection 32-1-203(3.5), C.R.S., the District must prove
that it is not in the best interests of the District to remove the
property from the area being considered for inclusion into the District.
Please notify us if any such petitions are filed. Thank you in

To consider the final adoption of a Resolution
Initiating Inclusion Election for the inclusion of
property within Tri-Area Ambulance District for the
provision of ambulance and emergency medical
services.
If included within District, the property proposed
for inclusion shall be subject to an annual mill
levy of up to 6.543 mills.
Owners of property proposed to be included may
submit a request that such property be excluded
from District to the Weld County Board of
Commissioners, 915 10th Street, Greeley, Colorado,
80632, no later than July 28, 1995.
