Dear: Mr. and Mrs. Klien It has come to the attention of the Department of Planning Services' staff that the uses on your property may not be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance. The potential noncompliance with the zoning ordinance is a commercial business ie: (A and R Sanitation) being operated from the property without the appropriate land use permit. This is not a use allowed by right in the "A" (agricultural) zone district. There is an existing Use by Special Review Permit for a roping arena on the property, however the new use would not be allowed under the existing permit. Please call me within five working days of the date of this letter to review the department's concerns. Sincerely, Barry Kramer Building Inspection Specialist SERVICE, TEAMWORK, INTEGRITY, QUALITY 951945 PARC TP: R PARCEL INQUIRY APgMT YR: 1995 ATIIN022 PIN: 1199286 PARC 080118000040 LAST UPDATE: 12/05/1994 KLINE REX D & ANGELA RUTH ACTIVE ON: 09/16/1986 24507 HWY 392 GREELEY CO 80631 TAX AREA 0220 .081950 1994 DATE LAST ASSESS 04/22/1994 LAST ASSESS LAND 40 LAST ASSESS BLDGS 3350 TOTAL LAST ASSESS 3390 PRIOR YEAR ASSESS 3390 REC DT 10/17/1994 DEED TP WD JT NUMBER 1463 02411178 WOL N DOC FEE 15.50 9655-D PT SE4 18 6 64 BEG SW COR OF SE4 OF SEC NOD55'E 1318.64' S89D29'E 343.33' SO1D45'W PF3: PROFILE PF4: OWNERS MESSAGE: INACTIVE ON: MAP#: 2148 4147 9.75 40 TOT LAND 40 4279 TOT BLDGS TOTAL VALUE PF5:LEGALS PF7:NEXT PARCEL PF6:DOC HIST PF10:PLOC 3350 3350 3390 PF11:MENU PF12:REAL 951945 CITIZEN INQUIRY FORM O TELEPHONE NAME: 0 OFFICE ;l FIRST INQUIRY?
