I, Douglas L. DeTienne, give permission to Charles and Gail Schnuerle to release runoff
from their Mini Storage facility at 1261 95th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado onto my
property. I understand that the runoff will be larger than historic flows and will go onto
my property off the northwest corner of their site. Permission is granted until such a time
that my land is developed and no longer has an agricultural use. At that time the excess
runoff(over historical flow) will need to be addressed. It is also my understanding that
the concrete trickle channel that will be constructed on the north property line of the Mini
Storage site will extend across my service road in such a way that it can easily be driven
across. Also, it is understood that the Schnuerle's (or future owners) will be responsible
for the maintenance of the concrete trickle channel.
