Box 758 Greeley, Colorado 80632 We,the undersigned citizens of Weld County,who are owners of record of real property,propose to be assessed the costs of paving,and which property will benefit from improvement of: Delwood Avenue between East 18th Street and U.S. Rlghway 34 situated in Weld County,Colorado, do hereby petition the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Weld, State of Colorado,for the formation of a local improvement district pursuant to the CRS,30-20-601,et seq.
