RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO PUBLIC HEALTH BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Public Health Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Anne White, Melvin Brown, and Charles
Baum be reappointed to said board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Anne White, Melvin Brown, and
Charles Baum to said board, with their terms to expire May 23, 2002.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Anne White, Melvin Brown, and Charles Baum be, and hereby are,
reappointed to the Public Health Board, with their terms to expire May 23, 2002.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 17th day of May, A.D., 1999.
