NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
THE CITY OF DACONO HAS RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING ITEM FOR REVIEW:
APPLICANT: Martin Exploration Management Company
PROJECT NAME: Starlight Acres
SUBJECT: An application for approval of a proposed final plat and development plan. This plan
consists of 214 manufactured housing units/owner owned property on 67.3 acres (density of 3
DU/acre). The property is zoned M-H, (Manufactured Housing) and is located south of the Glens
of Dacono, between WCR's 12 & 15.
LOCATION: described as the S 1/2 of Section 6 less the School Tract and Park Tract.
Notice is hereby given that public hearings on the matter are scheduled to be held on the dates
below:
Planning Commission: Tuesday. August 27, 1996 7:00 pm
City Council: Monday, September 9, 1996 7:00 pm
Please send comments in writing to the City on this proposed project by August 14, 1996.
