RE: ESTABLISH PETTY CASH FUND FOR DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been requested by Pat Persichino, Acting Director of the Department of
Planning Services of Weld County, that a Petty Cash Fund be established in the amount of $100.00
for the Planning Department, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, has deemed
it advisable and in the best interests of Weld County to approve said request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that a Petty Cash Fund for the Department of Planning Services be, and hereby
is, established in the amount of $100.00.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 1st day of March, A.D., 1995.
