THE WEST GREELEY ZONING AREA
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of
the County of Weld did, on the 22nd day of May, 1961, at
2:00 P.M., in the office of the Weld County Commissioners,
Weld County Courthouse, Greeley, Colorado, conduct a
public hearing concerning the zoning of some unincorporated
area in Weld County pursuant to Notice duly published as
required by law; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of
the County of Weld is of the opinion that zoning of the
described area will promote the health, safety, morals,
convenience, order, prosperity and welfare of the present
and future inhabitants of said area and of the County of
Weld; and
WHEREAS, said Board believes that the zoning of
said area will serve the welfare and interests of the inhabit-
ants of said area and of the County of Weld; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of Weld having heard the testimony and evidence adduced
upon said hearing and having considered and carefully weighed
the same, and being fully advised in the premises.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the proposed
Zoning Resolution concerning the West Greeley Zoning Area
approved by the Weld County Planning Commission, including
the proposed Zoning Resolution and proposed Zoning Maps, be
and hereby is confirmed, ratified and adopted and by reference

incorporated herein and made a part hereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a certified copy of
said Zoning Resolution, including all maps therein referred
to, shall be filed as provided by law in the office of the
County Clerk and Recorder of Weld County.
The Resolution was duly seconded and adoiled by
the following vote.

ZONING NOTICE
PROCEEDINGS BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF THE COUNTY OF WELD
TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS:
On the 22nd day of May, 1961 at 2:00 P.M., in the
office of the Weld County Commissioners, Weld County Courthouse,
Greeley, Colorado, the Board of County Commissioners of the County
of Weld will hold a public hearing concerning the adoption of a
Zoning Resolution pertaining to the hereinafter described unin-
corporated territory in the County of Weld known and designated
as the West Greeley zoning area. Text and map of said zoning
resolution may be examined at the office of the Board of County
Commissioners of the County of Weld in the Courthouse at Greeley,
Colorado.
The area covered by said zoning resolution includes all of
the following described unincorporated area within the County of
Weld, State of Colorado, described as follows:
All of Section 1, West and North of the City limits
of Greeley, Township 5 N, Range 66 W of the 6th P.M.;
All of Sections 2, 3, 10 and 11, Township 5 N, Range 66
West of the 6th P.M.;
All of Sections 12 and 13 lying West of 23rd Avenue,
Township 5 N, Range 66 W of the 6th P.M.;
All of Sections 1+, 15, 23, and the Nz of Section 24,
Township 5 N, Range 66 W of the 6th P.M.;
The NW4 of Section 19 and that parcel of land North
of said NW4 of Section 19 lying between said NWI
and the South boundary of Hillside Addition, East
of 23rd Avenue, Township 5 N, Range 65 West of the
6th P.M.;
The South 200 feet of Lot 30 in Montview Park, Weld
County, Colorado;
And all that land lying South of the Colorado and
Southern Railroad right-of-way, West and North of
the City limits of Greeley, in Section 6, Township
5 N, Range 65 W of the 6th P.M.
