review as provided for under section 4 through 4.4.3, PUD Sketch Plan - Step
One of Weld County Ordinance 197.
This request for inspection of Public Records is made as provided by Colorado
Revised Statutes 24-72-203. If, in your opinion, any portion of CRS24-72-204
applies in denying inspection of the records requested, please advise me of such
grounds for denial.
