Dear Mr. and Mrs. Moser:
Kaiser-Francis Oil Company ("Kaiser") is in receipt of the captioned Notice for the
December 16, 1998 hearing. Previously, Kaiser received notice of Case USR-1201 from
the Department of Planning Services. Per instructions on that Application, a letter was sent
on October 22, 1998, to Julie Chester, the Planner. In that letter Kaiser reiterated its
concerns and sent a copy of the letter to EnviroStock at the address listed on the
,Application. Kaiser had a representative present at that November 3 hearing.
On November 18, 1998, Kaiser sent a letter to EnviroStock, with a copy to Julie
Chester, requesting that a proposed agreement be sent to us in accordance with Pages 5
and 9 of the Land Use Application Summary Sheet, issued following the meeting Copies
of both of those letters are enclosed for your convenience.
Since Kaiser has received no response from EnviroStock or Morwai to our earlier
letters , I am writing again requesting that you or your representative contact us in an
attempt to negotiate an agreement acceptable to both parties. If this can be done, it
should not be necessary for our attorney to file an objection at the December 16 public
hearing.
