BOUNDARIES IN THE COUNTY OF WELD, STATE OF COLORADO,
WHEREAS voter registration requirements for regular
biennial school elections or for special school elections shall
be the same as those governing general elections, (House Bill
No. 1018 Section 6 (2) and
WHEREAS the county clerk of each county, prior to the
time of holding any regular biennial school election or
special school election in said school district, shall make a
full and complete copy of the list of the registered electors
of each school election precinct of each school district or
districts located within his county and
WHEREAS these lists can be made accurately and effici-
ently only by the re -location of certain election precinct
boundary lines, and it is desirable and necessary that the
Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, now
consider, determine and establish such modifications in the
election precincts of Weld County.
