It appearing to the Board that the right of way asked to be vacated
and abandoned as follows, ♦izt--One mile of Road 60 Stet in width lying
between sections 30 and 31, Tp. 3 N. ,R.68 W. , as it now is, is positively
impassable at certain seasons of the year on account of the sane being
seeped to such an extent that it i■ nothing less than a small lake ; and
the Beard believing the public good requires that said road be closed, on
motion it was ordered that `the prayer of the petitioners be granted and
the abfle described road be and the same is hereby declared vacated and
abflOflsd from and after this date, via :--dune 4, 1904.

renewing line of road, viz:--COMMENCING AT A POINT A LITTLE EAST OF THE

PTIES INTO SAID UNION RESERVOIR; THEtiCE`IN A SOUTHWESTERLY DIRECTION AND
