RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENT TO EXTENSION ADVISORY
COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Extension Advisory Council, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Tim Croissant, Joe Intermill, and Teri Phipps
be appointed to said board to replace Jim Reeman; Roy Wardell; and Jim Park, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Eric Wilkerson be reappointed to said board,
and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Tim Croissant and Joe Intermill to
said board with their terms to expire November 1, 2000, and to appoint Teri Phipps with his
term to expire November 1, 1999, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it adivisable to reappoint Eric Wilkerson to said board with
his term to expire November 1, 2000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Tim Croissant and Joe Intermill be, and hereby are, appointed to
the Extension Advisory Counci, with their terms to expire November 1, 2000.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Teri Phipps be, and hereby is,
appointed to the Extension Advisory Council with his term to expire November 1, 1999.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Eric Wilkerson be, and hereby is,
reappointed to the Extension Advisory Council with his term to expire November 1, 2000.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
