FOR PREADVERTISEMENT OF PUD FINAL PLAN S#378 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has received a request for preadvertisement of an application from McStain Enterprises, Inc. for Site Specific Development Plan and Planned Unit Development Final Plan S#378, and WHEREAS, said property is described as the EY SW% of Section 5, Township 2 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, after study and review the Board deems it advisable to grant said request, with the hearing date to be set as June 21, 1995, at 10:00 a.m. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request for preadvertisement of an application from McStain Enterprises, Inc. for Site Specific Development Plan and Planned Unit Development Final Plan S#378 be, and hereby is, granted. The Planning Commission hearing date for case S-378 is set for June 6, 1995. Staff requests that the Board of County Commissioners hear this request on Monday, May 15, 1995 to determine if pre -advertisement will be allowed. If the Board acts favorably, the Planning staff requests that the Board of County Commissioners hearing for case S-378 be scheduled for June 21, 1995.
