I have reviewed the applicant and have the following comments:
1. The applicant has indicated that they will utilize the existing access from WCR 49. No new
access are granted for this facility.
2. The access road should be a graded and drained all-weather road to provide access to the
facility.
3. No stormwater drainage report will be required due to the type of structure being placed on
the property.

Subject: Case Number: USR-1143 Name: KKDD-FM Broadcasters
Environmental Protection Services has reviewed this proposal; the following
conditions are recommended to be part of any approval:
1. All liquid and solid wastes shall be stored and removed for final disposal
in a manner that protects against surface and groundwater contamination.
2. No permanent disposal of wastes shall be permitted at this site.
3. Waste materials shall be handled, stored, and disposed in a manner that
controls fugitive dust, blowing debris, and other potential nuisance
conditions.
4. Fugitive dust shall be controlled on this site.
5. The maximum permissible noise level shall not exceed the, commercial limit
of 60 db(A),

6. The applicant shall provide adequate toilet facilities (porty-potty) during
the construction of the facility.
