RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING MINOR RESUBDIVISION, S #367, OF HUDSON
LAND COMPANY SUBDIVISION (FOX HAVEN ESTATES) - WACKER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the 21st day of December, 1994, at 10:00 a.m.
for the purpose of hearing the application of Charles and Vicky Wacker, 251 Weld County Road 39,
Brighton, Colorado 80601, for a replat of Lots 12 through 26, Hudson Land Company Subdivision
(Fox Haven Estates), for a parcel of land located in Section 31, Township 1 North, Range 65 West
of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, at said hearing on December 21, 1994, the Board deemed it advisable to
continue this matter to February 27, 1995, at 9:00 a.m., to allow receipt of recommendations from
the Colorado Geological Survey Department and the Weld County Health Department, at which
time a new date and time of hearing shall be set and proper notice mailed to adjacent landowners
and published, and
WHEREAS, at said meeting on February 27, 1995, Charles Wacker, applicant, was present,
and
WHEREAS, the Board heard all of the testimony and statements of those present and
studied the request of the applicant and the recommendations of the Weld County Planning staff
and County Attorney and all of the exhibits and evidence presented in this matter and, having been
fully informed, finds that this request shall be continued to, and a hearing date set on March 13,
1995, at 9:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the application of Charles and Vicky Wacker for a replat of Lots 12 through
26, Hudson Land Company Subdivision (Fox Haven Estates), on the hereinabove described parcel
of land be, and hereby is, continued to, and set for hearing on, March 13, 1995, at 9:00 a.m.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 27th day of February, A.D., 1995.
