RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND
MINOR SUBDIVISION FINAL PLAT, S #380 - TRI-CITY VENTURES, LLC
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 28th day of
June, 1995, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing the
application of Tri-City Ventures, LLC, 6538 East U.S. Highway 34, Loveland, Colorado 80537, for
a Site Specific Development Plan and Minor Subdivision Final Plat, S #380, on the following
described real estate, to -wit:
Lot A of RE #1610, located in part of the NW'V4 of
Section 8, Township 5 North, Range 67 West of the
6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, said applicant was not represented, and
WHEREAS, County Attorney staff informed the Board that, due to lack of a quorum at the
July 6, 1995, Planning Commission hearing, Arthur Uhrich of Nelson Engineers submitted a letter
requesting said matter be continued to July 10, 1995, at 10:00 a.m., and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all of the testimony and statements
of those present, studied the request of the applicant and the recommendations of staff, and finds
that this request shall be continued to July 10, 1995, at 10:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the application of Tri-City Ventures for a Site Specific Development Plan
and Minor Subdivision Final Plat on the hereinabove described parcel of land be, and hereby is,
continued to July 10, 1995, at 10:00 a.m.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 28th day of June, A.D., 1995.
