RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO FAIR BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Fair Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Carol Karre, Bobbi Leinweber, Todd
Thomas, and Terry Hause be reappointed to said board, with terms expiring October 31, 2000;
that Thomas Holton replace Mary Ellen LaBlanc, with a term expiring October 31, 1999; and
that Jeremy Schneider replace Ryan Pfannebecker, Scott Pralle replace Bob Dreiling, Stason
Ikenouye replace George Kennedy, and Philip Morgan replace Tim Croissant, all with terms
expiring October 31, 2000, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint and appoint said individuals to
said board, with their terms to expire as above stated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Carol Karre, Bobbi Leinweber, Todd Thomas, and Terry Hause be,
and hereby are, reappointed to the Weld County Fair Board, with terms expiring October 31,
2000; that Thomas Holton be, and hereby is, appointed to said board with a term expiring
October 31, 1999; and that Jeremy Schneider, Scott Pralle, Stason Ikenouye, and Philip
Morgan be, and hereby are, appointed to said board, all with terms expiring October 31, 2000.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 29th day of September, A.D., 1997.
