RE: DECLARE 1965 CONTINENTAL MOBILE HOME AS SURPLUS PROPERTY AND
TRANSFER OWNERSHIP TO CITY OF GREELEY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Treasurer has advised the Board of County Commissioners
that through tax sale the County has acquired a 1965 Continental Mobile Home, 10 feet by 35 feet,
VIN-510420, and
WHEREAS,there does not appear to be a need for the mobile home for County use, and it
would be in the best interests of the County to declare it surplus, and
WHEREAS, the City of Greeley has need for the mobile home to provide space for youth
programs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the 1965 Continental Mobile Home, acquired through tax sale, be, and hereby
is, declared as surplus property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the ownership of the above mentioned
mobile home be, and hereby is, transferred to the City of Greeley for the purpose of providing space
for youth programs.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 24th day of April, A.D., 1996.
