RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING MHZP #193 - COONS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 27th
day of March, 1995, considered the request of Heather Coons for a manufactured home to be used
as a principal dwelling, which hearing said applicant was not able to attend, and
WHEREAS, at said hearing the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter two
weeks to allow said applicant to be present.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that this matter be, and hereby is, continued to April 10, 1995, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 27th day of March, A.D., 1995.
