The parcel of land is described as Section 1, T8N, R56W of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado. The location of the parcel of land for which this application has been submitted is east and adjacent to Weld County Road 155 and approximately 1 mile north of Weld County Road 94 right-of-way.
